Building strong relationships and nurturing collaboration are essential for any growing community. At YMCA Madagascar, we believe that creating spaces where members and staff can connect beyond daily tasks helps foster trust, solidarity, and a true spirit of teamwork.
That is why, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, YMCA members and staff came together for a Team Building and Sports Day at Espace Frère La Salle in Ambohimangakely. This special day was designed not only to promote sports and recreation, but also to encourage open discussions, strengthen networking, and above all, break the ice between staff and members in a friendly and dynamic way.
The atmosphere was full of energy and interaction. Everyone joined the activities with enthusiasm, which made the day both enjoyable and enriching. From basketball and football matches to board games and group discussions, each activity offered an opportunity to share, bond, and learn more about one another.
This gathering proved once again that teamwork, trust, and friendship drive our success. These values guide us in every initiative we lead together.
