Rise Project: Strengthening the Team and Strategy !

Following the virtual meeting about the launch of the RISE Project on April 22, 2025, YMCA Madagascar has taken another important step to ensure successful and impactful implementation in the field.

We are pleased to welcome our new Community Organizer, Nivo Andriamampianina Billy Jack Ismaël, based in Antsirabe. He will play a key role in supporting local coordination and community engagement throughout the project.

From April 29 to 30, 2025, the entire team gathered at YMCA Ankerana for a two-day strategic workshop. The purpose was to:

  • Deepen everyone’s understanding of the project’s pillars: Resilience, Inclusion, Skills, and Empowerment

  • Align on operational strategies

  • Co-develop a detailed action plan for the year ahead

This working session marks a crucial moment of preparation before implementation begins on the ground.

Supported by the Linsi Foundation, this initiative continues to move forward with strong momentum and a shared commitment to youth development.

With a clear roadmap and a committed team in place, YMCA Madagascar is now fully ready to roll out the RISE Project over the next 12 months.

Ready to Rise!
Stay tuned for more updates from the field!
