Doin’ it Right Project

About DIR Project

The Doin’ it Right (DIR) Project is a program designed to strengthen YMCA clubs and empower young leaders through training, social impact initiatives, and youth justice advocacy. By enhancing governance structures, increasing participation, and addressing key social challenges, the project ensures long-term development and meaningful change.

At its core, Doin’it right aims to create inclusive opportunities for young people, particularly those at risk or in conflict with the law and by equipping youth with the skills they need to shape a fairer society.
