Mental well-being and lasting peace are intertwined concepts. By nurturing our inner balance, we not only improve our own sense of well-being but also create the foundation for a more harmonious and peaceful community. Recognizing this, our young leaders took meaningful action to share these skills with their peers.
As part of the S2C Program, our leaders from S2C Cohort IX, represented by the DAUPHIN Group, led a Mental Well-being and Lasting Peace workshop at Lycée Nanisana on Wednesday, May 29, 2025, in collaboration with the World Peace Initiative (WPI).
- During the session, students explored:
- How to listen to their body and mind, and respect their limits to manage stress effectively
- The power of self-reflection to understand and navigate emotions
- Visualizing a personal “dream space” to cultivate positivity and calm
- Fun and simple exercises to boost focus, relax, and stay grounded
Through open conversations and interactive activities, students discovered practical tools to care for their mental well-being, build confidence, and contribute to a more peaceful community.
This workshop was a major step for our young leaders, helping them grow their leadership skills while making a real impact.
