Meet the Team Behind YMCA Madagascar !

At YMCA Madagascar, our team is composed of elected governance members and dedicated administrative staff who work together to advance our mission of empowering young people and communities. The leadership structure is divided into two key components: the National Executive Board (BEN), which provides strategic guidance, and our dedicated staff members, who implement daily programs and activities on the ground. Together, they work hand in hand to promote positive social change and community development.

National Executive Board(BEN)

The BEN or the National Executive Board is the governing body responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of YMCA Madagascar. The BEN ensures that the organization operates in alignment with its mission, vision, and core values.

Staff members

Led by the National General Secretary (NGS), Andriherindrainy Tsikiniaina, the staff is responsible for the daily management and execution of YMCA Madagascar’s programs, services, and operational functions. They ensure the effective implementation of governance decisions, oversee youth programs and community initiatives, manage finances, coordinate projects, and handle communication and administrative support.
